How do I modify or cancel my booking?
You can call or WhatsApp our booking desk on +91 81224 64848. If cancelled prior to driver dispatch, no fee is charged. If cancelled after driver arrival at pickup, a ₹500 cancellation fee applies.
How do I pay for my trip?
We accept direct UPI transfers, Google Pay, PhonePe, online bank transfers, and cash payment to the driver at the conclusion of the journey.
What happens if my flight or train is delayed?
Notify our team via WhatsApp or phone with your updated arrival time. We coordinate with the driver to adjust pickup timing subject to availability.
